Marsh Development, Inc. proudly embarked on its inaugural LEED project, collaborating seamlessly with the esteemed architectural firm BSW Architects. The result of this innovative partnership is the Payson Ranger, a distinguished 13,000 square foot single-story office building.

This environmentally conscious structure boasts a cutting-edge design, featuring Structural Insulated Panel System (SIPS) walls and a wood roof framing system supported by I-joists. The foundation is anchored by a conventional cast-in-place concrete footing, providing stability and durability to the entire structure. A polished concrete slab-on-grade serves as the base for the building, while a sleek standing seam metal roof crowns the edifice.

The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive array of elements, including the installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. The meticulous attention to detail extended to architectural finishes, creating a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality. The project also involved extensive sitework, including water, sewer, power, and communications wet and dry utility extensions. Additionally, the implementation of IT low voltage cabling was seamlessly integrated to enhance connectivity.

The exterior enhancements included asphaltic concrete parking lots, designed to accommodate the needs of the occupants and visitors. Minor roadways were thoughtfully constructed to ensure smooth accessibility to the facility. Landscaping was an integral part of the project, contributing to the overall aesthetic appeal and environmental sustainability of the site.
