Chiller Plant Facility 5101

Strategic Demolition: Efficient removal of gas service, pavements, fencing, chillers, pumps, and electrical components for redevelopment.

Design Build at Petrified Forest National Park

Project Specs

Lead Containment Basins: Marsh Development implemented advanced lead containment basins at the Three Points Shooting Range to prevent lead runoff and protect local tributaries from contamination.
Roadway Improvements: Significant upgrades to existing roadways were undertaken to enhance accessibility for shooting range users, minimizing environmental impact and soil erosion.
Erosion Control: The project prioritized erosion control measures to prevent soil degradation, ensuring the integrity of the surrounding natural landscape.

GRCA - McKee Abatement

Project Specs

Diesel Removal: Safely emptied and disposed of 5,000 gallons of diesel, mitigating environmental risks.

Steel EST Removal: Dismantled and responsibly disposed of a 10,000-gallon double wall steel Emergency Storage Tank, highlighting commitment to environmental safety.

Vehicle Lift System: Removed and properly disposed of a vehicle lift system, showcasing expertise in handling industrial equipment for enhanced site safety.

DMAFB AMU Facility 5251

Project Specs

Complete Makeover: DMAFB AMU Facility 5251 transformed with new walls, insulation, and interior upgrades.
Area A Overhaul: Full renovation with new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with a foam suppression system.
Area C, Second Floor: Renovations included new stairs, doors, and rated exterior construction.
Canopy and Hangar Repairs: Replaced exterior canopy, repaired hangar doors, and coated the floor for durability.

Design Build at Petrified Forest National Park

Project Specs

Collaborative Execution: Marsh Development partnered with Ft. Huachuca MACC, Core of Engineers, and the Omaha US Corps of Engineers for efficient project delivery.
Taxiway Upgrade: Removed and replaced existing taxiways C & E, enhancing functionality and safety at Libby Army Airfield.
Grading and Earthwork: Executed precise grading and earthwork for new taxiways, showcasing attention to detail in construction.

Ross Storefront T.I.

Project Overview:

20,000 SF Ross Storefront Tenant Improvement at La Mariposa Mall, Nogales, AZ.
Comprehensive demolition, electrical/lighting, structural steel, painting, fire sprinkler system, masonry, concrete, stud framing, EIFS, and new signage.
Collaboration with L2 Architects.
Performance Date: 6/17/19 – 11/5/19.

TX/AZ CBP housing Repairs & Alterations

Project Specs

Presidio, TX:
- Repairs and alterations to 34 houses.
- Construction of a retaining wall for enhanced stability.
Ajo, AZ:
- Comprehensive HVAC duct cleaning for 41 housing units.
Lukeville, AZ:
- HVAC duct cleaning for 35 housing units.

Bldg. 61701 Ceilings and Vents

Project Specs

Pool Room Transformation:
- The project focused on the pool room of Bldg. 61701, a central recreational space within Fort Huachuca.
Ceiling Demolition and Repair:
- The suspended ceiling assembly was demolished to make way for a meticulous repair and painting of the original ceiling assembly. This phase aimed to restore the room’s architectural integrity while providing a fresh, visually appealing ambiance.
Air Ventilation System Overhaul:
- The air ventilation system underwent a comprehensive repair, ensuring optimal air quality within the pool room. This not only contributed to the comfort of occupants but also aligned with modern standards for indoor recreational spaces.
